RestaJet is an white label online ordering system for restaurants. We provide mobile apps, website integrations, websites and everything that you need to run your business.

Why do you need your own mobile app and a website with ordering capabilities?

Of course, we do provide you a web ordering interface. We either integrate it to your website or help your tech guys to complete the easy procedure.

What if I do not have a website?
We provide a website for you for a suitable price that suits your brand.

You create a website for me, how?
After reviewing essential info about your restaurant, our team create a website from our gallery that fits you, and customize it for your restaurant. This process ensures your website go live very fast and works seamlessly.

What do you need to setup my system and mobile apps?
A preferably high-quality image of your logo, your menu and product information, and some other basic information for your restaurant is all that our team needs.

How long does this process take?
Depending on how fast you provide the required info to us, this process usually takes 1 week to complete. iOS mobile app may need additional time as Apple review process sometimes may take longer.

What is the difference between monthly and annual packages?
Annual package provides a 20% discount and it is easy to deal than paying every month.

What happens if the restaurant has more than one branch?
Pricing is based on a single branch/location. Same price will be added for each branch.

Is there a discount for if restaurant has multiple branches or is simply a chain?
Of course. We have special rates for chains and restaurants that have more than five branches.

Do you have any references?
Currently more than 25 restaurants in UK, and more than 300 restaurants in Turkey are using our services.

How can I receive orders?
Via our management software which currently supports PC, POS, Android platforms. This simple software is installed easily, and informs you whenever you receive a new order.

Do I need to turn on the software manually every day?
No. You just need to turn on your computer, software does the rest. It receives orders only during your working hours.

What if my internet connection is not working?
Unfortunately you can not receive orders if you do not have an active internet connection. For your customers quality of service, software automatically closes your restaurant for orders.

Do I have to accept every order I receive?
No. You have the total control over every order you receive. You can accept or reject the order, customer receives an email notification depending on your action.

How can I process an incoming order? Do I have to write it down for kitchen employers?
No, you can print the order with the ‘Print’ button in the application, so your employers can get a printout.

Is this function compatible with all printers?
Yes, you can use any printer that is working with your computer.

Will customers be able to order without a registration?
No, customers need to register using full name, phone/mobile and address information.

Will I bein control of my delivery areas?
Yes, you can save and modify your delivery areas whenever you want from the administration site. Your customers will then be able to order from addresses that are inside your delivery areas.

What happens if customers order outside my working hours?
Customers are able to give preorders outside working hours.

Will I be in control of my working hours?
Yes, you have the total control of working hours, delivery areas, your products and menus, your customers information, your order history within the administration site.

How can I prevent my customers to order products that are out of stock?
By using administration website, you can modify your supplies; remove and add products to your menu.

What payment options will my customers have?
You can directly charge the customer when you deliver the order by credit card or cash. Also customers are able to pay when they are ordering by credit card or PayPal.

How can I promote my restaurant, so customers use this system to order?
We encourage restaurants to set a ‘first order discount’ which you control from the administration website. Besides this, we also suggest setting a reward system for your customers, so they receive points for every order they make. Customers can use these points in their future orders with a minimum criteria that you can define.

How can i inform my customers about my new apps, website and these campaigns?
We suggest you printout flyers and deliver these with every order you deliver. In case you need, our marketing team are here to help you with flyer designs and similar material.
